This review is long overdue. Derek has been cutting my hair for almost a year now. I love the way my hair looks each time I walk out of his salon!! I change my hair very often. When I go to see him, I take a picture of the look I want and that's exactly how my hair looks when I leave. Derek does a great job of paying attention to detail and he uses techniques to ensure you get the look you want. He always makes sure you are happy with your hair before you leave. Best of all, he's very efficient so you don't spend unnecessary time in his salon. I will always want Derek to cut my hair.

My boyfriend and I were in dire need of a haircut. I called on the weekend and made an appointment for two people . We arrived early and luckily there was no one else and he started with my boyfriend, who is typically more picky on his haircuts. He did what he asked which doesn't always happen. Would've probably gotten it a little shorter but definitely better than his previous haircuts. I asked to basically chop off my hair and create some bangs. I showed him the picture and he managed to get it right on the dog. Services were also really reasonable and, as first time customers, taking 20% off is amazing! Looking forward to getting some coloring done later on!

Had the best ever hair style in my life so far! Previously I had my hair damaged in a Korean Salon. Then the newly-opened Ins Hair jump out to my sight when I am researching on switching salon. I brought 40+ pictures, and hair stylist Derek was extremely patient on going thru each of them with me. He considered my hair quality, styling frequency, daily-care difficulty and hair damage degree in each. Finally he recommended one of them and did it better than the model pic I brought. I am very grateful and feel this place should be known!
